A purpose-built non-woven manufacturing facility in Bhiwani
Established in 2013, our integrated manufacturing facility spans a sprawling industrial plot in Sector-26, Bhiwani — equipped with imported spunbond and meltblown lines capable of producing fabrics across 10-200 GSM in widths up to 3.2 metres.
The factory operates three shifts a day with a dedicated team of 40+ skilled technicians, engineers and quality inspectors. Every production run begins with virgin polypropylene granules and ends with shrink-wrapped, palletized finished rolls ready for pan-India dispatch.

Three-shift Operation
From Polymer Granules to Finished Fabric — Step by Step
Our manufacturing workflow is engineered for consistency, efficiency and zero-defect output across every batch.
Polymer Feeding
Virgin polypropylene granules with verified melt-flow index are loaded into the hopper and metered into the extruder.
Melt Extrusion
Granules are heated to ~230°C, converted into a homogeneous polymer melt and pumped under high pressure.
Spinneret Spinning
Molten polymer is forced through precision spinnerets to form continuous fine filaments that are quenched by air.
Web Formation
Filaments are drawn, randomly distributed and laid down on a moving conveyor as a uniform fibre web.
Calendaring & Bonding
The web passes through heated calendar rollers that thermally bond the fibres into a strong, soft non-woven sheet.
Slitting & Winding
The bonded fabric is slit to customer-specified widths and precision-wound into rolls of the desired length.
Quality Inspection
Every roll is tested for GSM, tensile strength, colour fastness and visual defects before being approved.
Packaging & Dispatch
Approved rolls are shrink-wrapped, labelled, palletized and dispatched via trusted logistics partners pan-India.
Imported Production Lines & Advanced Engineering
Spunbond Production Line
State-of-the-art imported spunbond line with PLC-controlled extrusion, multi-beam spinneret system and online GSM monitoring for ultra-consistent web formation.
Meltblown Production Line
Dedicated meltblown line capable of producing 1-50 GSM ultra-fine filtration media used in N95 masks, surgical gowns and high-efficiency filters.
Master-batch Mixer
Automated colour master-batch dosing system enabling 8+ standard colours and customized shades with batch-to-batch colour consistency.
Slitter-Rewinder
Heavy-duty slitter-rewinder lines for precision slitting (±1mm tolerance) and high-speed rewinding with automatic core-loading.
QC Lab Equipment
In-house QC lab with GSM balance, tensile strength tester, air-permeability tester, hydrostatic head tester and colour-fastness chamber.
Auto Packing Line
Automated shrink-wrap and labelling line ensuring contamination-free, export-grade packaging for every dispatched roll.
